RACE NIGHT COMPETITORS NOTES
We are finally ready to race in 2022, its been a bumpy road with lots of very last minute adjustments just so we can get a race series going under the Red traffic light system. The sad fact of the new government framework is that some of our regular racers are going to miss out this year due to having to comply.
The entry list below is the full list of everyone that can race, as you will notice its not 100 racers. That’s because we have to allow for our timing team, our registration desk team and children’s parents in the same area.
If your name is not on the entry list then sadly we cant let you race this year.
If anyone is on this list but would like to pull out of the series, can you please let us know asap, we have a waiting list of very keen racers.
REGISTERING AT THE DESK
Open from 5.30 (ish)
Please wear a mask to the rego desk if over 12yrs old, collect your race plate (if you haven’t got one), then find a clear space to stand in.
If we haven’t sighted your vaccine pass then we will need to see it and note your expiry date.
We would appreciate a bit of help with marking out the start area loop for the first week.
We need to see your vaccine passports as well please
Number Plates need to be on clearly visible, not wrapped around your handlebar – our timing team need to see them as our back up to our new electronic timing system
