Working Bee – Saturday 14th April

Ever wondered how the trails at Pukete are usually always kept smooth and flowy ?  Well it’s not because of those mythical ‘trail pixies’ !!  No, maintaining our trails comes down to hardy volunteers like you !! Yes you !!

So please come on down, earn some ‘trail karma’ and join us at our first working bee since our unfortunate burglary a couple of months where we had most of our gear stolen, and help us make some much needed improvements to carpet gully, and cutting back that overgrown bush and scrub that we’ve all noticed !!

Our Track Manager, Craig, will be down at the containers from 9am on Saturday 14th and any and all help is appreciated.  Even if you can’t make 9am don’t worry.  Craig’s number can be found on the containers so you can give him a call and he can assign you a task !!

Looking forwards to seeing you all this weekend and if we cancel or postpone on the day due to any serious inclement weather we’ll let you know on our FB pages (although at this stage we’re expecting nice weather :-))
